Chinese Export Rose Mandarin Bottle Vase, circa 1830-40, enameled with two large elliptical vignettes depicting courtly figures at various pursuits in richly appointed pavilions within gilt fret borders; two subsidiary roundels with single figure at the sides; all reserved from a ground painted with auspicious objects, fruits, flowers and butterflies, rim with gold-ground band of flowers, bird and butterfly.
