Round Open Swing Handle Nantucket Basket, circa 1860, shaped handle riveted to a carved wood ear extending as a rib and inserted into the base, dark patina, the interior plate with eleven carved and scribed concentric circles.

Whalebone, Whale Ivory and Wood Bank Box, circa 1880, the top inlaid with ten triangular pieces of ivory, tropical woods and a slit, the four sides with panels of carved openwork on panbone plaques. The bottom of the box unscrews to provide access to the bank.
