Bailey a postwar contemporary artist born in Bangor Maine in 1933. He graduated from the New York’s School of Visual Arts in 1959 and studied at the Pratt Graphic Art Center. In the 1960s, his art gallery was above Miltimore’s Dress Shop on the Corner of Orange and South Main Street.
