Continental Milliner’s Partial Gilt and Cast Iron Hat Rack, last quarter of the 19^th Century, custom made for an upscale milliner, the turned urn top finial and the 4 gilt acorn finial branches all emanate from gilt leaves which rise from an urn and leaf standard, on a triangular plate supported by 3 partial gilt dolphins.
