Edward John Russell (1832-1906) Watercolor on Paper “Portrait of the Steel Schooner Thomas W. Lawson”, depicted on choppy seas and ships in the distance, signed lower right E. Russell, Boston, 1902. The Thomas Lawson, was the largest 7-mast all steel schooner ever built.
