Originally from Slovakia and primarily self-taught, Paul Galschneider is a Nantucket artist who began taking painting classes as soon as he arrived in the US. Influenced by the work of Van Gogh, Galschneider painted landscapes, streetscapes, interiors and florals in vibrant colors and expressive form.
