Important Antoine Gabriel Quervelle (b. France 1789-1856) Carved Mahogany Sideboard Owned by President John Quincy Adams 1825-1829, illustrated in the Willard Bradley Memoirs Page 113, privately printed in 1925. Anthony Quervelle emigrated to Philadelphia from Paris in 1817, is thought to have produced many pieces of furniture.
