Exceedingly Rare Antique South Shoal Nantucket Lightship Basket, 19th century, inscribed upon base, Compliment of Commander George F.F. Widdle US Navy, Made by Sailors on board the Nantucket South Shoal Light Ship, June 14th 1892. With four concentric circles carved into base, open swing handle form with brass ears.
