Frank Weston Benson (American 1862-1951) Oil on Canvas “Portrait of Daisey Bradstreet Dewey” circa 1913, signed upper left S.W. Benson 1913, accompanied by a hand written paid bill of sale from Frank Benson June 28, 1913 and letter signed Frank Benson. Original Worcester Art Museum label on the reverse: Picture #6739 and Box #2935 on loan from Mrs. J.C. Dewey. In hand carved and gilt frame. The painting has descended in the family to the Granddaughter of Daisey Bradstreet Dewey.
