Lenka Rubenstein was born in the former Czechoslovakia and studied there at Prague’s Charles University. Her first exhibition was held in Prague in 2000. Known for portraiture, Rubenstein’s work has been presented in a number of juried exhibitions in the U.S. The majority of her landscape paintings are sited on and around Nantucket.
